This day was just full of beautiful moments. As seems to be par for our trips to the Texas Hill Country, it did rain. A lovely NEEDED kind of rain that really cooled off the day and gave us some gorgeous post ceremony clouds.
And as is par for the couples we usually work with, Lauren and Chase embraced it all! (And as is par for Casey and Tony, we were scheming and betting before we even arrived as to if Lauren was going to agree to some rain shots in her dress. She totally DID agree, for the record. She agreed before we hardly even got the words out of our mouths actually, but the rain stopped and we ended up with some jaw dropping images under a reclaimed French gazebo instead! Even better.).
As usual, we are so grateful for getting to be a part of this most special day. We got to meet a bride and groom and their family and make them a part of our own story and memories, and that’s part of what I love so much about what we do as wedding photographers. Congratulations Lauren and Chase, we pray for blessings and many, many beautiful years for the two of you!
Love, Casey and Tony
(P.S. I’ll be sharing Lauren and Chase’s FULL wedding gallery link along with her bridal portraits later this week!).
